IC 5005 Emulsifing Agent ( Non - toxic ) for removing fatty Acid & Oils
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
I.C - 5005 is an Oil dispersant to be used in recirculatory cooling system .
It helps in removing and dispersing oil , grease and dirt from the system
I.C - 5005 is non - toxic and non polluting . Therefore water treated with I.C
- 5005 can be discharge directly into the effluent without any pollution
problem .
BENEFITS
I.C - 5005 is normally used as a precleaning agent to remove and
disperse oil , grease and microbial deposits . This cleaning followed by acid
cleaning , etc . will provide clean surface for the promotion of a uniform
protective film by corrosion inhibitors .
Addition of I.C - 5005 also recommended to clean up cooling water system
contaminated by oil leakages . I.C - 5005 emulsifies oil which can
subsequently be removed through blow down .
DOSAGE
The dosages vary depending on the operating conditions of the particular
system and the severity of problems encountered . The normal dosage
would however range between 10 to 30 ppm of I.C - 5005
HANDLING , STORAGE & PRECAUTIONS
Keep I.C - 5005 containers closed when not in use . It should not be
swallowed & avoid contact with Skin & Eyes . In case of contact with
eyes , flush with plenty of water & get prompt medical attention .
