| PRODUCT DESCRIPTION |
I.C - 3001 is an efective combination of poly - phosphates & polymeric organic compounds
which works to prevent scale & corrosion in boilers .
Its physical state is powder from which is soluble in water in all propotion. |
| ADVANTAGES |
| I.C - 3001 forms calcium phosphaten with calcium ions & magnesium hydroxide with
magnesium ions. It does not allow the particles to stick with metal surface . It prevent
boiler corrosion & increased efficiency & minimizes maintanance cost . It is effective
particularly in low & medium pressure boiler . |
| DOSAGE |
| Exact dose depend upon hardness of feed water . IC - 3001 should diluted atleast 4
: 1 with water and then add directly to boiler makeup water . |

| Proper blow - down should be performed to keep total dissolved solid at acceptable
limit . |
| PRECAUTION |
| I.C.- 3000 should not be swallowed & avoid contact with Skin & Eyes . In
case of contact with eyes flush with plenty of water & seek medical advice
. |
