| PRODUCT DESCRIPTION |
| I.C - 4001 is an offline descalant for removal of organic deposits and carbonate scales
from boiler heat exchanger etc. It is a balanced formulation containing scale removing
compound , wetting agent and scale deposit penetrant . |
| BENEFITS |
An acidic formulation together with carbonate scale penetrant present in the product
helps to remove the carbonate deposit from the boiler . The deposits are loosened and
could be removed by flushing or light
brushing .
I.C - 4001 contains wetting agent which emulsifies oil , grease in the deposition . The
wetting agent also softens resin and carbonised matter formed in sugar boiler evaporator |
| DOSAGE |
| I.C - 4001 should be used as 5% solution in water . For quick action it is preferable to
circulate hot solution . In boiler the solution may be boiled till the scales are removed
under atmospheric pressure . ICPL will provide technical assistance in descaling operation
at your plant . |
| HANDLING , STORAGE & PRECAUTIONS |
| Keep I.C - 4001 containers closed when not in use . It should not be swallowed
& avoid contact with Skin & Eyes . In case of contact with eyes , flush with plenty
of water & get prompt medical attention . |
